Ayuta Pay is a peer-to-peer (P2P) financial collaboration platform designed to facilitate community-based funding, including group savings, interest-free microloans, rotating savings, and one-time collection goals. We empower individuals and communities to transact and collaborate without relying on traditional banking infrastructure.
Important: We are not a bank, credit union, or other financial institution. We do not provide insured deposits, pay interest, or issue loans. Ayuta Pay’s technology facilitates transactions between users and groups with consent, often through third-party fintech providers such as Plaid and Sila, and we do not take custody of user funds.
We collect information necessary to operate, improve, and comply with legal and regulatory obligations.

Notify Ayuta Pay immediately of suspicious activity or unauthorized access
Resolve disputes between group members independently; Ayuta Pay does not act as an arbitrator
Ayuta Pay provides general community empowerment tools only. We do not provide:
Investment, legal, tax, or financial advice
Guarantees regarding group participation outcomes or repayment
Oversight of group leader behavior
All risks associated with group participation are assumed by the users themselves.
To the maximum extent permitted under Missouri law:
Ayuta Pay LLC, its affiliates, employees, and contractors are not liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages
Liability is limited to fees paid to Ayuta Pay, if any
We are not responsible for losses from outages, unauthorized access, third-party hacks, or intra-group disputes
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Ayuta Pay, its affiliates, employees, officers, and contractors from claims arising out of:
Your use or misuse of Services
Violation of this Privacy Policy or Terms
Negligence, fraud, or willful misconduct
Disputes from group members or third parties
Ayuta Pay is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If we learn a minor has submitted personal information, it will be promptly deleted.
We retain personal data:
While your account is active
For legal, tax, and regulatory compliance (typically 3–7 years)
Until all group obligations are fulfilled
Users may request deletion via Support@ayutapay.com, subject to legal retention obligations.

Ayuta Pay is designed for U.S. users only. Accessing from outside the U.S. is at your own risk, and your data will be processed under U.S. law, which may not provide the same protections as your home jurisdiction.

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of Missouri, United States, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Disputes shall be resolved exclusively in courts of St. Louis County, Missouri.
